Very Fine Finishes Commonly referred to as a "superabrasive," the diamond mineral on 3M™ Diamond Cloth Sheet cuts sharp and leaves a consistent scratch pattern, making it a good match for final finishing. The J-weight cloth backing is water-resistant, so the abrasive can be run either wet or dry. The backing's strength enhances overall abrasive durability during grinding – so this abrasive can tackle hard-to-finish materials like ceramics, composites, chilled iron and non-ferrous metals.
