It's an excellent choice for projects that require pre-paint scuffing, finishing, contour finishing, blending and cleaning. This Hand Pad provides an aggressive cut and a clean finish, but unlike steel wool, it works without the rusting or splintering. The hand pad conforms to irregular surface areas and gets into corners without sacrificing performance. Its versatility means it may be used in a way that's best suited to operator needs.
