The NIBCO dual temperature Home Run Manifold features 40 ports, and is designed for use with NIBCO PEX in potable water and radiant heating systems. The Home Run Manifold dual temperature model features a unique plug that separates hot and cold water flow. Also available with shutoff valves (PH40D-V1 or PH40D-V2). The one-piece injection molded design of the NIBCO Home Run Manifold eliminates the need for gaskets and ensures no leak paths in the manifold. The manifold material is the same as NIBCO PEX tubing, which is high density polyethylene cross-linked with the PEX-c sterile electron beam process. The NIBCO PEX material exhibits superior mechanical properties, without chemical additives. All units include mounting brackets. All manifolds are 100% air tested at the NIBCO factory. Please refer to NIBCO technical data sheets and catalogs for engineering and installation information. The NIBCO Home Run Manifold is a cost-effective manifold that provides flexibility in whole-house design, upgrades and maintenance. NIBCO PEX systems provide a safe, economical and energy-efficient piping alternative for water distribution, radiant floor heating, municipal water supply, geothermal climate control, snow melt and drip irrigation. NIBCO PEX tubing, fittings, valves, and manifolds are designed to be used as a complete system, and are backed by a NIBCO INC. limited warranty.
